ComplyQuick is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund or credit to rectify the situation. Please follow the procedures outlined below to initiate a refund request.
1. Unsatisfactory Service Resolution:
If you are unhappy with the service provided, please get in touch using the email address associated with the payment. Mention the engagement that did not meet your expectations and mark it as “urgent.” We will promptly escalate the matter to the relevant agents and managers for resolution. While we strive to minimize delays on our end, please note that we cannot control delays caused by government processes or deficiencies in submitted documents. We appreciate your patience as we work to address your concerns.
2. 7-Day Refund Policy:
You may request a refund within 7 days of payment or on completion of application (whichever is earlier) if the engagement does not progress as expected. After this period, refunds will be processed as service credits, which can be applied to future transactions. Please note that services and products are not eligible for refund once filing is completed or order is shipped.
3. Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction:
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make reasonable efforts to complete the service. In the event of dissatisfaction, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + government fees paid will be applicable. However, if there is a change of service, the cancellation fee will not apply. Refunds will be subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from the refund amount, with ComplyQuick retaining liability for up to 80% of the fee paid.
4. Change of Service:
If you wish to switch to a different service within 7 days of purchase, you may request a change. The original purchase price, minus any earned fee and payments made to government entities or third parties, will be applied to the new service. No deduction will be made for a change of service of equal or greater value.
5. Refund Request Process:

Additionally, send an email to support@complyquick.com with transaction details to begin the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of request, provided all relevant information is provided. The amount of the said refunds will be typically credited to the source payment method within 3-5 business days (as per the respective banks’ policy) post processing of the refund request.
6. Liability and Scope:
ComplyQuick acts as a corporate service provider, preparing solutions on behalf of clients. While we strive for accuracy and speed, clients are responsible for ensuring the correctness of information. ComplyQuick will not cover penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred due to inaccuracies or factors outside our control, including delays caused by government processes or platform issues.
7. Factors Beyond Control
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as external factors such as government decisions or platform issues may affect service delivery. Delays caused by such factors are beyond our control and not eligible for refund.
8. Force Majeure:
ComplyQuick shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.
